Join us on Thursday 10th October 2024 for a fundraising dinner in aid of Hospitality Action, a charity providing vital assistance to those working in the UK hospitality industry. Enjoy arrival drinks, followed by an opportunity to hear about the philanthropic work carried out by this important charity, before indulging in a delectable dinner menu in the stunning surroundings of Bailbrook House.

We are excited that this evening event’s menu has been designed and created by the following team of industry-leading chefs, all local to Bailbrook House Hotel:

Carl Cleghorn

Carl Cleghorn is the Executive Chef at Tyme Restaurant. He brings a contemporary take on British cuisine with European and Asian influences, utilising produce from his own kitchen garden. Prior to Thornbury Castle, Carl worked with multiple Michelin-starred chefs in Bath and the Southwest.

Jauca Catalin

Jauca Catalin, born in Bucharest, is the Executive Head Chef at The Bath Priory. After a decade-long football career, he found his passion in cooking under renowned chefs like Michael Caines MBE. Known for his inventive seasonal dishes with Asian twists, Jauca earned 3 AA Rosettes while in his role as Executive Head Chef at ABode Canterbury in 2018 – the first Executive Head Chef to achieve this at an ABode restaurant.

Chris Cleghorn

Chris Cleghorn is the Head Chef of the Michelin-starred Olive Tree Restaurant at The Queensberry Hotel in Bath. His culinary journey started under James Sommerin at The Crown and continued with stints at esteemed kitchens like Gidleigh Park and The Fat Duck. Chris's focus on local suppliers and seasonality earned The Olive Tree 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin star in 2018.

Tickets are £95 per person.
